Terms of Service

1. The service

TyreX is cloud software for tyre, battery and fast-fit workshops: point of sale, stock, workshop job cards, invoicing, purchasing and reports. You use it through a web browser or the installable app.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate business details, including your trade license and, if VAT-registered, your TRN. You are responsible for your staff accounts, the roles you assign and keeping sign-in details confidential.

3. Free trial

New workshops get a 14-day free trial without a payment card. When the trial ends, access is paused until you choose a plan. Your data is kept so you can continue where you left off.

4. Subscription and payment

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in AED in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page together with whether VAT applies. Plans differ by the number of branches allowed.

5. Your data

You own the data you enter. You give us permission to process it only to provide and support TyreX. You can request an export of your data while your subscription is active and for 30 days after it ends.

6. Your responsibilities

• The invoices you issue, prices you set and tax returns you file remain your responsibility; check your obligations with the FTA or your accountant.
• Record real stock, DOT codes and serial numbers.
• Do not try to access other workshops’ data, test our security without written permission, or misuse the service.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep TyreX available and to announce planned maintenance in advance. We may improve or change features; we will not remove core features you pay for without reasonable notice.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time from your subscription page. We may suspend accounts that do not pay or that breach these terms.

10. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
